ABOUT ME
My name is Michaela Boeche, I am your David W. Butler High School Career Development Coordinator. I grew up on the West Coast, but have spent the other half of my life here in North Carolina. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and my Master's degree in School Counseling both from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I worked as a Professional School Counselor for several years, as well as an educational services consultant, helping provide college and career development services to both secondary and post-secondary students. My main priority as your CDC is helping you access your untapped potential and providing assistance with career development and counseling. I am here to help students find their own path and hope to provide each and every student with post-secondary education information (military, workforce training, college, or technical/trade school). I am excited to help you explore and develop your career path!
